The
glove compartement restored. It takes time and patience to get a fished
product like this. I was relatively lucky in that the chrome was still
in good condition.
This pic shows a nice closeup of the new ignition barrel and refinished instrument panel.
This
is where all the enjoyment comes from. Imagine grabbing hold of this on
a Sunday afternoon and clocking up a few well enjoyed miles.
The original bonnet striker plate. I will remove this soon and have it re-plated for a slightly newer look.
One
original air cleaner stripped of all original paint and refinished with
GMH chassis black. To top it off just add one new reproduction sticker
for that authentic look. Yes it is a little dusty in this pic.
